How can I book appointment to submit documents since bookings are always full ?

Due to epidemic situation, it is not possible to submit additional documents to the ongoing proceedinds in person/set an appointment to submit additional documents (e.g. health insurence, bank account statement, proof letter from University etc.) Additional documents should be sent via registered mail in original or copies certified by notary.
