Since the 15 March, there are restrictions on crossing the Polish borders and have not been called off yet. The introduced restrictions apply to entry into the Republic of Poland, but they do not apply to:

  1. citizens of the Republic of Poland;
  2. foreigners who are spouses or children of the citizens of the Republic of Poland or are under permanent care of the citizens of the Republic of Poland;
  3. foreigners holding the Pole's Card;
  4. heads of diplomatic missions and members of diplomatic and consular staff of the mission, i.e. persons holding diplomatic degrees and members of their families;
  5. foreigners holding the right of permanent or temporary residence on the territory of the Republic of Poland;
  6. foreigners who have the right to work in the territory of the Republic of Poland, i.e. who are entitled to perform work on the same principles as Polish citizens, who have a work permit, a seasonal work permit, a declaration on entrusting work to a foreigner in the territory of the Republic of Poland, and
  7. foreigners who operate a means of transport for the carriage of goods.

The restrictions apply until further notice and apply to all foreigners who are not mentioned above. Therefore, if you do not meet any of the above criteria, you cannot enter Poland at the moment. More details on the Border Guard website.
