From 27th April 2019, following the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of 17th April 2019 in regards to the temporary residence permit applications (Dz. U. poz. 779), new application forms and annexes regards temporary residence permit for foreigners on the territory of the Republic of Poland apply.
The new forms relate to cases and applications that will be submitted after 26th April 2019. For earlier proceedings (started before 27th April 2019), the former application forms and attachments apply.
