All documents should be submitted in the original or in photocopies (you need to present the original for inspection).
If you submit and documents drawn up in a language other than Polish, you should also provide their official translations prepared or certified by a sworn translator.
All letters are delivered upon receipt by post operator to the address appointed in the application, or to the address of the proxy (if you appointed one).

There is no fee for an issue of document confirming the right of permanent residence of an EU citizen.
