We kindly inform that from June 11th between 12pm and 3pm on Fridays, in customer service hall at Plac Wolności 17 in Poznan, customers will be able to collect their certificates and other documents issued for:
- UE citizens and their family members
- citizens of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland who are beneficiaries of the Withdrawal Agreement, and their family members.
Remember to schedule an appointment to collect your documents. Detailed information regarding scheduling an appointment for collection/phone number for scheduling an appointment, will be given in the letter from our office relating to fulfilment of formal or substantive requirements and in the online application (Foreigners - Check case status)
