Documents confirming stable and regular source of income to be enclosed to the application for a foreigner’s child, if the application was filed by the child’s mother who remains unemployed and is dependent on her husband, who is not the child’s legal guardian:

• If the child’s mother is a spouse of a Polish citizen, no documents confirming having a stable and regular source of income are required.
• If the mother is not a spouse of a Polish citizen, she should enclose documents confirming her husband’s income source (e.g. employment contract, certificate of employment, etc.). Remember that the income must be sufficient for each person in your household and must come from a legal source.
