Due to the recently introduced limitations of the direct customer service, we have experienced a rapid increase of calls and e-mails received by the Department for Foreigners helpline. 

The waiting times might take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Our advisers are doing their best to respond to all enquiries as soon as possible.  To efficiently connect with our helpline consultant, please, after listening to the voice announcement, depending on the subject of the conversation, dial queue 1 or 2.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are doing everything we can to ensure any delays are avoided.
