Fill out your temporary residence application online through the Case Management Module (MOS) – it’s a portal from the Office for Foreigners that allows you to complete the application quickly and efficiently!

How to do it?
- Go to mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl and create an account
- Complete the application
- Print the form and sign it
- Send the application to our address
Remember to include your email address in the application — you'll receive login details to track your case
You've filled out and sent your application — what's next?
- Your application needs to reach us and will then be entered into our system.
- Once your case is ready for further steps, we’ll contact you. You’ll receive instructions on how to schedule an appointment at the office.
- Prepare and organize your documents carefully. You’ll be able to submit them during your visit.
- Wait for the summons. If additional documents are required for your case, we’ll send you a request.
- Have questions? Need help? Submit your inquiry online via WSC Contact, and we'll respond to your question.
- Track the status of your case and patiently wait for the decision.
