- Log in to the case status tracking page.
- Check if your case status is "awaiting attendance " and if the booking option is available.
- Review the Terms and Conditions.
- Choose your appointment date and time, provide your email address for confirmation, and click "Book Appointment."
- After booking, you’ll get a confirmation email, and the appointment details will also show up in the "booked appointments" section.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The appointment calendar is made available based on the order of received applications.
- The calendar will be open for 30 days. After that, it will be automatically locked.
NOTE: The availability period of the calendar on the tracking page doesn’t necessarily match the dates visible in the calendar itself. Available appointment dates may be longer than 30 days, depending on availability.
- The appointment location will match where you submitted your application, and you can’t choose or change it. By selecting the default location in the "Queue" field, you accept the appointment location.
- You can only book an appointment once through the case tracking panel, so please choose your date and time carefully.
- If you miss your scheduled appointment, we’ll send you a letter to complete your appearance/fingerprints/original passport.
- If you don’t book an appointment within 30 days from when the calendar opens, we’ll send you an official letter to complete your appearance/fingerprints/original passport.
- After receiving a letter with a designated date the option to book an appointment wili be available again.
- The appointment location specified in the letter will match the current processing location of your application, and it cannot be chosen or changed.
- If you don’t show up on appointment date, your application will be left without further action.
