Set up your e-Delivery mailbox easily and quickly - online, from anywhere!

From 1 January 2026, most public offices in Poland use the modern e-Delivery (e-Doręczenia) system — a digital equivalent of traditional registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. Thanks to this, communication with public administration is simpler, faster, and more convenient. Although it is not mandatory, setting up your own e-Delivery mailbox brings many practical benefits for you as a foreigner living in Poland.

  1. Go to edoreczenia.gov.pl and select “Get an e-Delivery address and mailbox.”
  2. Complete the application for an e-Delivery address (ADE) — providing details such as your first name, last name, and email address.
  3. Confirm the application electronically, e.g. using a Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany), e-ID, or qualified electronic signature.
  4. After receiving confirmation, activate your mailbox — also online, in the user panel.

You can complete the entire process independently, without visiting an office or involving an authorized representative — it’s fast, secure, and accessible to everyone.

It is important that you notify us of your electronic delivery address. Please use the updated forms available on our website, which include a field for providing your ADE address, complete them, and send them to the office, or notify us via WSC CONTACT.
