The Department for Foreigners of The Office of Wielkopolska Province is opening information points at the Center for Integration of Foreigners (CIC) in Poznań, Leszno, and Konin.
These information points will operate within the CIC centres — welcoming spaces that provide comprehensive support for foreigners during the integration process, including information about residence and work legalization, access to public services, advisory support, and help with everyday life in Poland.
What support is available at the Department for Foreigners information point?
Staff from the Department for Foreigners can provide information and assistance with:
- residence legalization procedures,
- cases handled by the Department for Foreigners,
- creating and using an account in the Case Handling Module (MOS),
- using the praca.gov.pl portal, e-Delivery services, and the Trusted Profile,
- obtaining access details to track the status of your case.
Thanks to the presence of Department for Foreigners staff at the CIC centres, foreigners can receive basic information about their cases in a friendly and accessible location, without needing to visit the main office.

Why is this important?
Opening Department for Foreigners information points in CIC centres means:
- easier access to information for foreigners,
- reliable and free support directly from Department for Foreigners staff,
- the possibility to receive both administrative and integration support in one place.
The information points in CIC Poznań and CIC Leszno are another step toward improving customer service and increasing access to public administration services in a foreigner-friendly environment. In the coming weeks, additional information points are planned at CIC centres in Konin, Kalisz, and Piła.
The CIC information points are being launched as part of the project “Integration and Comprehensive Support for Third-Country Nationals in Wielkopolska”, implemented by the Regional Centre for Social Policy in Poznań in partnership with the Governor of Wielkopolska Province, and co-financed by the Polish Programme of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund and the state budget.
