The Department for Foreigners in Poznań (Plac Wolności 17) will be open for extended hours in Service Hall A every Tuesday and Thursday, from 3:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Every Tuesday and Thursday between 3:15 p.m. and 5:15 p.m., we open additional service desks:
- information desk,
- Bring On Documents point (BOD),
- document issuance desk.
Afternoon Service for Support Information Submission and Tasks - If you need support and free, professional assistance because you would like to:
- create a MOS account, Trusted Profile, or e-Delivery mailbox,
- receive help in submitting an electronic residence application,
- submit an application for the so-called CUKR card but are not sure how,
- submit a letter related to an ongoing case,
- collect a ready document (e.g. residence card, Polish travel document),
— remember that you can use this service every Tuesday and Thursday until 5:15 p.m.
Our team will also be on hand to share the latest updates on immigration regulations and answer your questions.
