Check-list - School/course/training

Documents required to obtain a stamp in your passport (i.e. formal requirements)

• Application form - fill in the on-line application or fill in the application in accordance with the instructions in 1 copy (application to be downloaded).
• 4 photographs, 
• A photocopy of your valid travel document (the original for inspection), in a particularly justified case, when you do not have a valid travel document and you are not able to obtain one, you may present another document confirming your identity.

Documents required to be granted the residence permit:

Below you will find a list of documents necessary to be granted a temporary residence permit for educational purpose (secondary school):

• Current certificate from your school signed by the principal or authorised person, which will indicate the date of enrollment and your expected completion date, year of education, number of classes per month (e.g. your school time table) and report on class attendance,
• Proof of payment of the tuition fees for the given school year or confirmation of exemption from tuition fees,
• health insurance,
• Confirmation of having sufficient funds to cover the costs of your stay in Poland and return ticket to the country of origin for the period of your education at secondary school,
• a document that confirms that you have guaranteed residence in Poland (residence provided).

Below you will find a list of documents necessary to be granted a temporary residence permit for educational purpose (post-secondary school):

• Current certificate from school signed by the Principal or authorised person, which will indicate the date of enrollment and your expected completion date, year of education, learning mode (stationary/non-stationary), number of classes per month (e.g. your school time table) and report on class attendance,
• Proof of payment of the tuition fees for the given school year or confirmation of exemption from tuition fees,
• Health insurance,
• Confirmation of having sufficient funds to cover the costs of your stay in Poland and return ticket to the country of origin (link) for the period of your education at post-secondary school,
• a document that confirms that you have guaranteed residence in Poland (residence provided) .

Below you will find a list of documents necessary to be granted a temporary residence permit for educational purpose (language course):

• Current certificate from school signed by the Principal or authorised person, which will indicate the date of enrollment and  your expected completion date, level of the language course, learning number of classes per week and report on class attendance,
• Proof of payment of the tuition fees for the given school year or confirmation of exemption from tuition fees,
• Health insurance,
• Confirmation of having sufficient funds to cover the costs of your stay in Poland and return ticket to the country of origin (link) for the period of your education at post-secondary school,
• a document that confirms that you have guaranteed residence in Poland (residence provided) .

• Current certificate from training organization signed by authorised person, which will indicate the date of enrollment and your expected completion date, number of hours of training and report on class attendance,
• Proof of payment of the tuition fees for the given school year or confirmation of exemption from tuition fees,
• Health insurance,
• Confirmation of having sufficient funds to cover the costs of your stay in Poland and return ticket to the country of origin (link) for the period of your education at post-secondary school,
• a document that confirms that you have guaranteed residence in Poland (residence provided) .
