If you would liku to apply for your first temporary residence card or if you have a temporary residence card and want to obtain another residence card, you should apply for a temporary residence permit.
You only apply for a residence card if you have received:
- a temporary residence permit in order to reunite with your family, and on the day of submitting the application for granting this permit you stayed outside of Poland,
- you are a member of the immediate family of a repatriate,
- a permission to work under intra-corporate transfer or long-term mobility,
- a permission to stay for humanitarian reasons.
- your permanent residence card, or long-term resident of the EU residence card or humanitarian residence card expires;
- the data contained in the residence card have changed, ie. your name, your address;
- you have lost your residence card;
- your card has been damaged;
