Does the address have to be on the residence card?

The residence card can be issued without a registered address. When submitting an application / or after receiving a decision, make a written statement that you are asking for a card without a registered address. If you want the registered address to be included on the residence card, submit a  proof of permanent residence or temporary residence lasting over 2 months.
