I am a citizen of Ukraine, my family is of Polish origin - can I apply for permanent residence?

You will be considered a person of Polish origin if you declare Polish nationality and meet the following conditions jointly:

• At least one of your parents or grandparents or two great grandparents were of Polish nationality,
• and show your relationship with Polishness.

Therefore, you must support your application with original documents confirming the Polish nationality of your ancestors together with certified translations.
