Our company is developing. We transform our company into a limited liability company. Will we need to change our work permit?

It is not required to issue a new work permit if the company has changed its place of residence, name, legal form, or the workplace or part of it has been taken over by another employer, the plant or part of it has been transferred to another employer or a civil law agreement concluded with the foreigner has been replaced by an employment contract.
