How do I get the details to track my case status?

Planning to submit an application to us?

  1. Make sure to include your email address in the form, and we'll send you the access details to track your case status automatically once it's registered.

  2. We recommend providing your personal email address, or alternatively, the email address of your representative if you have appointed one.

  3. Do not provide the email address of a third party.
Be careful! Make sure that the email address you provide will allow you to receive information about your case number and login credentials.

Have you already submitted an application and do not have your case number and access code?

  1. Visit the "check case status" login page.
  2. Complete the form—you can find the link to it at the bottom of the page.
  3. If all the details in the form matches those in your application, you will see the case number and login code on your screen. The access details will also be sent via email.
  4. If the data in the form does not match the data in the application, please fill out this contact form.

We appreciate your patience as we verify your submission.

IMPORTANT: Do not share your access credentials with third parties! Only the applicant and/or the appointed representative should have access to the case details.
