The Department for Foreigners in Poznań (Plac Wolności 17) will be open for extended hours in Service Hall A every Thursday, between 3:15 PM and 5:15 PM.
Whether you need information, want to submit documents, or collect a residence card – we’re here to help!
On these special Thursdays, we’re opening additional service points just for you:

- 1 document submission desk
- 1 document collection desk

Need to submit a letter for your ongoing case? Ready to pick up your residence card or Polish travel document? You can do it all – no rush, we’re open until 5:15 PM every Thursday!
Our team will also be on hand to share the latest updates on immigration regulations and answer your questions.
