The type of work which requires you to obtain a seasonal work permit. Classification of economic activities which are considered as seasonal work is specified in the Ordinance of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy on the subclasses of economic activities concerning Polish classification of economic activities (PKD), in which seasonal work permits are issued. This permit is granted for the period of the permit for seasonal work held by the foreigner, or extension of seasonal work permit, not longer than 9 months from the day of the first entry (using a valid visa or through visa-free border traffic), for the purpose of seasonal work, occurring in a given calendar year.
