As of the 1st July 2023, the state of epidemic emergency was cancelled*. This means significant changes in the legality of foreigners' stay in Poland. After 30 days from the cancellation of the state of epidemic emergency, extended periods of authorizations, validity of documents and extended deadlines for foreigners to perform certain activities will end. However, special solutions for Ukrainian citizens, which we wrote about in the announcement of June 15, 2023, remain valid.
