More residence cards in December

In order to facilitate the collection of already printed residence cards, from 7 to 31 December the number of tickets available in the online booking for the collection of a residence card in Poznań will be increased. Remember that you can make a reservation only if your case has the status of „karta gotowa do odbioru w Poznaniu” ("card ready for collection in Poznań") in the application.

New regulations relating to the residence of EU citizens and their family members

On the 2nd August, 2021, the provisions of the amended Act on entering the territory of the Republic of Poland, residence and departure from this territory of nationals of Member States of the European Union and their family members enter into force. The main changes are:

Modifications in scheduling an appointment for fingerprints

21.07.2021

Scheduling appointments for fingerprints in Poznan and at the Office's delegations  (Kalisz, Konin, Leszno, Piła) will be possible only:

-  by calling the phone number indicated in the letter from our office relating to fulfilment of formal requirements (for customers whose applications have been formally verified)

-  employees of the Department for Foreigners will contact persons who submitted their applications for temporary residence permit, by phone.

Changes in the online appointment scheduling to the Department for Foreigners

We kindly inform you that the central system POBYT is under construction which will influence e.g. fingerprinting. Therefore, the possibility of scheduling an appointment to the Department for Foreigners in Poznań and Office's delegations (Kalisz, Konin, Leszno, Piła) has been limited until further notice.
