Important information regarding residency applications

We are gradually enabling the option to schedule appointments for identity verification, fingerprint collection, and passport presentation for applications submitted in December of this year. The appointment availability is based on the date your application was received.

How to schedule an appointment?

You need login credentials to track your application status. If you don’t have them yet, check our website to learn how to get them.

Once your application reaches the status "Awaiting Attendance," you can choose a convenient appointment date through the case tracking system and complete the necessary formalities faster!

Take advantage of this option to speed up your residency process!

If you don’t schedule an appointment using the available calendar, you will later receive an official notice with a designated date and time requiring you to appear in person for identity verification, fingerprint collection, passport submission, or other necessary documents.

Starting February 10, 2024, all official notices will include a specific date and time for your appointment. After receiving a notice, you will no longer be able to schedule an appointment via the case tracking system.
