Since the 1st of February 2020, the United Kingdom is no longer a member of the European Union. Following a general election, parliament ratified the withdrawal agreement, and the UK left the EU at 11 p.m. GMT on 31 January 2020, to be precise.
Pursuant to the agreement on withdrawal from the EU, the “transitional period” will last until the end of 2020. As a result, the rules for crossing the border and stay of UK citizens and their family members in Poland will remain unchanged.
