THE GOVERNOR OF THE WIELKOPOLSKA PROVINCE

announces,

that the procedural and judicial deadlines for judicial, including judicial, administrative jurisdictional and administrative proceedings, which, during a state of emergency or epidemic declared due to COVID-19, have not started or have been suspended, shall start or continue to run from 24 May 2020.

New regulations relating to changes in the working conditions of foreigners due to the COVID-19

On 31 March 2020, the Act on the so-called anti-crisis shield was published in the Journal of Laws of 31.03.2020 under item 568, providing, among others, for special solutions for foreigners in Poland due to the prevailing coronavirus epidemic.

The provisions are aimed at regulating the legal situation in which foreigners could find themselves due to the current epidemiological situation in our country.

On the website of the Head of the Office for Foreigners, there is a new communication concerning the legal solutions introduced for foreigners during the epidemic.

The Council of Ministers adopted another draft act aimed at counteracting the negative effects of the SARS-CoV-2 virus epidemic. It provides, among other things, for introducing into the anti-crisis act in force the possibility to change the conditions for foreigners to work. More details are available HERE.

New legal solutions for foreigners during the coronavirus outbreak

On 31. March 2020, the Act on the so-called anti-crisis shield was introduced that includes special legal solutions for foreigners in Poland during the coronavirus outbreak. New regulations are to ease the legal situation in which foreigners may find themselves due to the epidemiological situation in our country.
