Increase in the number of applications accepted in customer service hall

Starting from 6th September 2021, the number of appointments  scheduled to submit an application will be increased.

The number of appointments to submit will be increased both in Poznań and in the office's delegations.

Remember!

Submitting an application in person is the most effective and fastest way of obtaining your residence. Scheduled visit to our office with a complete set of required documents may result in initiation of the proceedings and a stamp in the passport. During one visit, the obligation to appear in person, fingerprints, initiation of the proceedings will be fulfilled and you will be able to get a stamp in your passport as a confirmation that formal requirements were met!

Above mentioned, in the case of sending the application by post, with the current number of submitted applications, might take even several months.

We would also like to remind you that appointments  for submitting applications (CUDZOZIEMCY - Złożenie wniosku: pobyt czasowy / stały / rezydenta UE, wydanie / wymiana karty pobytu, świadczenie pieniężne dla posiadaczy Karty Polaka) scheduled for any purpose other than submitting a new application, will not be accepted. Customers who sent an application by post will not be served for above mentioned appointments. Customers who sent an application by post should kindly:

• send other required documents by post,

• wait for an employee of the Department for Foreigners to contact them by phone or call the phone number indicated in the letter from our office relating to fulfilment of formal requirements (for customers whose applications have been formally verified).
