Changes in the online appointment scheduling to the Department for Foreigners

We kindly inform you that the central system POBYT is under construction which will influence e.g. fingerprinting. Therefore, the possibility of scheduling an appointment to the Department for Foreigners in Poznań and Office's delegations (Kalisz, Konin, Leszno, Piła) has been limited until further notice.

Customers, who have sent their applications for temporary residence permit to The Office of Wielkopolska Province via traditional post will receive a letter from us relating to fulfilment of formal requirements including to provide fingerprints.

Suspension of processing applications for the financial assistance for holders of the Pole's Card

The Minister of the Interior and Administration suspended the examination of applications for the financial assistance for holders of the Pole's Card (Karta Polaka) settling in Poland, which were submitted from 20 January 2021. After increasing the special-purpose reserve for the payouts of financial assistance for holders of the Pole's Card settling in Poland, applications submitted from 20 January 2021 will be considered.
