Notice: Changes to Service Rules in Rooms A and B Starting 16.12.2024

We would like to inform you that beginning Monday, December 16, 2024, updated service procedures will take effect in Service Rooms A and B.

In Service Room A:

  • BOX 1-2 will handle the issuance of residence cards and other documents.
  • BOX 3-11 will manage reservations for personal appointments and fingerprint collection before receiving an official summons.

In Service Room B:

  • BOX 12-14 will serve as submission and information points.
  • BOX 15-18 will handle reservations for personal appointments and fingerprint collection after receiving an official summons.

Please refer to the directional screens in the Service Rooms  for guidance and follow the new procedures to ensure efficient service.
