Subsidiary protection

A foreigner staying in Poland under subsidiary protection may work in Poland without obtaining further work permits and may perform work on the same principles as Polish citizens. Remember, however, that as an employer you have obligations resulting from the provisions of separate acts, i.e. concluding a contract with an employee no later than on the first day of performing work in Poland, paying income tax contributions, reporting the employee to the obligatory social security system.
