What should I know? - EU citizen's/UK nationals registration of stay certificate

You should file all documents in original or in photocopies (you need to present the original for inspection).

If you deliver any documents in a language other than Polish, you should also provide their official translations prepared or certified by a sworn translator.

All our letters will be delivered upon receipt by post to the address appointed in your application, or to the address of your proxy (if you named one).

The registration of stay certificate is issued by the Governor relevant for your place of residence. We will initiate proceedings after receiving an error-free application.

During the procedure, we may ask you to provide additional documents or to give evidence of the circumstances related to your application. Submitting the materials within the specified deadline may shorten the waiting time related for the document.

There is no fee for the registration stay certificate.

Registration stay certificate is issued for 10 years.
