We want to alert you that recently, we have identified cases of impersonation of employees from the Department for Foreigners, The Office of Wielkopolska Province in Poznan. These individuals may attemt to contact you by phone, pretending to be officials, with the intent to extort personal information, financial data, or money.
These scammers create a sense of urgency, pressuring victims to take immediate action or make quick decisions. For instance, they might claim you need to provide a certificate from the Ukrainian Embassy stating an exemption from military service to secure a temporary residence permit.
Please remember that to obtain a temporary residence permit, you are required to provide documents listed on our website, depending on the type of application,as mandated by the applicable laws in force in Poland.
