We would like to inform you that, starting from 17/06/2024, we are changing the process for handling visits registered for personal appearance/fingerprint completion. Ultimately, these visits will be managed using a ticket machine without the need to call the customer, similar to other online bookings.
In the first phase, these changes will apply only to Poznań. Beginning 17/06/2024, after registering a visit to Poznań via the case tracking site or by phone, for visits from July 22 and onwards, customers will receive a confirmation with a six-digit reservation code. When you arrive at the office, please obtain a ticket from the machine by entering the provided code and follow the information displayed on the monitors.
The rules for registering appointments for personal appearances remain the same. Customers who did not receive a six-digit code in their booking confirmation will still be served after calling in advance.
Visits to other locations of the Department (Office Delegations) will continue to be handled under the existing rules.
