Due to the Internet outage on Plac Wolności 17 in Poznań, we would like to inform you about possible limits and restrictions in the direct customer service on 9th February 2023.
Until the failure of the internet service is removed, the Department for Foreigners in Poznań will not be able to carry out registered appointments that require access to IT systems.
Restrictions may apply in particular to providing fingerprints, verifying documents, issuing letters or access data to track the status of the case, stamps in the passport confirming the submission of the application.
All customers who we will not be able to obtain full service due to lack of access to IT systems, will receive information about the new appointment date at our office.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by reasons beyond our control.
