Join us for the Open Day organized by The Governor of Wielkopolska Province and the Department for Foreigners. The event will take place at The Office of Wielkopolska Province in Poznan at 16/18 Niepodległości Avenue on 21st of September 2023 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
We invite all foreigners living in Wielkopolska Province, especially refugees from Ukraine. During the event you will gain insights into the proccess of legalizing your stay in Poland and you will have possibility to consult individual cases in the advisory zone with our invited experts from the following institutions:
- Poznań City Hall - Department of Civil Affairs and Traffic Privileges and Department of Economic Activity and Agriculture,
- Nadodrzański Border Guard division,
- Provincial Police Headquarters,
- Wielkopolska Regional Branch of the National Health Fund (NFZ),
- Social Insurance Institution (ZUS),
- District Labor Office in Poznań,
- District Labor Inspectorate in Poznań,
- Wielkopolska Board of Education,
- Fiscal Administration Office,
- Regional Family Assistance Center in Poznań, Center for Integration of Foreigners,
- Poznań Benefit Center,
- UNHCR Representative Office in Poland.
Representatives of The Office of Wielkopolska Province in Poznan from the Department for Foreigners, the Department of Civil Affairs and the Department of Social Policy will also be at your disposal.
