announces,
that the procedural and judicial deadlines for judicial, including judicial, administrative jurisdictional and administrative proceedings, which, during a state of emergency or epidemic declared due to COVID-19, have not started or have been suspended, shall start or continue to run from 24 May 2020.

On 16 May 2020, the Act of 14 May 2020 amending individual acts in the field of protective measures in response to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (Journal of Laws, item 875) entered into force, according to which, in Article 46 point 20, Article 15 zzr and Article 15 zzs of the Act of 2 March 2020 were repealed on special solutions related to the prevention, counteracting and combating of COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crises caused by them (Journal of Laws, item 374, 567, 568 and 695), the provisions of which provided for the suspension of the commencement of or the suspension of, inter alia, administrative deadlines.
However, under Article 68 paragraph 6 of the Act of 14 May 2020 on the amendment of certain acts in the field of protective measures in relation to the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus, the deadlines in the proceedings referred to in Article 15zzs of the Act of 2 March 2020 on special solutions related to the prevention, counteracting and combating of COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crises caused by them, the course of which has not started under Article 15 the measures provided for in this Act shall begin 7 days after the entry into force of the Act of 14 May 2020 amending individual acts on protective measures in relation to the spread of SARS-CoV-2.
In turn, according to Article 68(7) the Act of 14 May 2020 amending certain acts in the field of protective measures in connection with the spread of SARS-CoV-2, the deadlines in the proceedings referred to in Article 15zzs of the Act of 2 March 2020 on special arrangements for the prevention, counteraction and control of COVID-19, other infectious diseases and the crises caused by them, which have been suspended according to Article 15zzs of that Act, shall continue to run 7 days after the entry into force of the Act of 14 May 2020 amending certain acts on protective measures in connection with the spread of SARS-CoV-2.
