Unified Appointment Registration Rules

We are pleased to inform you that starting from July 8, 2024, we are standardizing the procedures for booking and handling appointments for the following services:

  • Personal appearance
  • Fingerprints
  • Travel/identity document

For all cases handled at the Department*:

Appointments to address the aforementioned requirements must be registered through the case status tracking page. Visits will be managed using a ticket machine system, eliminating the need for personal calls to clients.

Effective July 8, 2024:

  • After registering a visit via the case status tracking page, you will receive a booking confirmation with a six-digit booking code.
  • Upon arrival at the office, please enter the provided code into the ticket machine and follow the instructions displayed on the monitors.

If you do not receive a six-digit code in your booking confirmation, you will still be served after calling in advance.

Important Information: Please provide an email address in your application to receive the case access code and schedule an appointment promptly. Access data will be sent automatically to the provided email address after application registration, saving you time!

*Note: This does not apply to the Pole's Card.
