Update: New Registration Procedure for Collecting Documents for EU, UK Citizens, and Polish ID & Travel Docs

We kindly inform you that as of March 19, 2024, there will be a change in the registration process for visits to collect documents issued to EU citizens, their family members, beneficiaries of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Withdrawal Agreement and their family members, as well as for the collection of Polish travel documents and Polish identity documents.

To collect one of the aforementioned documents, please book a visit on our website.

How to use the new feature?

  • Select the location and click on "Book a Visit".
  • Choose the tab: FOREIGNERS – Collection: residence cards/Polish Cards/documents of EU and GB citizens/Polish travel documents/Polish identity documents, and then click the next button located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • Select the visit date and confirm the reservation.
  • Enter your details.
  • Read and accept the Regulations.

After booking the visit, you will receive a confirmation to the provided email address. Relevant information will also appear on the case tracking website.

To collect the document at one of the office branches, book a visit through the website by selecting the branch where the document is prepared for collection and the tab "FOREIGNERS – Collection of residence cards".

Please note that you can only book a visit to collect the document once the appropriate status appears in the case, e.g., "document ready for collection" / "document ready for collection in Poznań".

To collect the document, remember to bring your passport or another document confirming your identity and citizenship (e.g., ID card).

ATTENTION: Collection of Polish travel documents and Polish identity documents is only available in Poznań.
