Knowing the expectations and needs of our customers, additional dates for card collection will be launched on three upcoming Saturdays in June.
Customers will be able to collect their residence cards in Poznań, Kalisz, Konin, Leszno and Piła on Saturdays between 8:15 am and 3:15 pm. This service will be provided only for customers whose cards are already printed and in the online application (Foreigners - Check case status) have the following status: "residence card to be collected in Poznań", "residence card to be collected in Kalisz", "residence card to be collected in Konin", "residence card to be collected in Leszno "," residence card to be collected in Piła ".
The first available Saturday to collect the card will be the 12th June 2021. Depending on the interest of the customers, card collection will be also available on the 19th and 26th June.
Customers will be able to schedule an appointment to collect a residence card via the website. Registration for the first Saturday will be available from Wednesday 2nd June. Please remember to make an appointment for card collection only at the location where the card is situated.
During the scheduled appointment only card collection will be available. Customers will not be able to submit documents, applications or fulfil any other matter. Therefore, we kindly ask that only persons whose cards are ready for collection and the online application (Foreigners - Check case status) confirms the appropriate status, will register for Saturdays’ appointments.
On your appointment day please be on time, but not earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled time in order to avoid queues.
