We would like to inform you that from Tuesday to Friday, between 11:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m., in cases of increased demand for the information service at the headquarters of the Department in Poznań, Plac Wolności 17, the Bring On Documents' Service Point (stand 13), when needed, will also serve as an additional information desk.
At the same time, we encourage you to take part in the ASSIST events, where every Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. we provide an additional information desk, a Direct Document Service Point, as well as the possibility of collecting residence cards and other documents.
