MOS – Case Handling Module

MOS – the Case Handling Module – is an online portal used for the electronic submission of applications for temporary residence permits, permanent residence permits, and long-term EU resident permits in Poland.

An MOS account may be created by:

  • an adult foreign national;
  • a parent of a minor foreign national – on behalf of that minor;
  • a legal guardian of a foreign national – on behalf of that person;
  • a court-appointed guardian of an unaccompanied minor foreign national – on behalf of that minor.

These persons must have a Trusted Profile.

To create an account on the new MOS portal:

  • go to mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl and read the information about the portal;
  • review the Terms and Conditions to learn the rules for using the portal and other important information;
  • click “Log in”;
  • you will be redirected to login.gov.pl;
  • confirm your identity using your preferred authentication method;
  • after your identity has been confirmed, you will be redirected back to MOS to complete the registration form for a new account;
  • fill in the registration form;
  • click “Confirm”;
  • an email containing an account activation link will be sent to the email address provided in the registration form;
  • follow the instructions in the email and click the activation link; you will then be redirected to confirm your MOS account registration;
  • once your account has been created, log in to MOS each time via login.gov.pl by clicking “Log in”.
