Minimum wage

As of January 1, 2024, the minimum wage is PLN 4242, and the minimum hourly rate for specific civil-law contracts is PLN 27.70.

Starting from July 1, 2024, the minimum wage is PLN 4300, and the minimum hourly rate for specific civil-law contracts will be PLN 28.10.

 

Legal basis: Regulation of the Council of Ministers dated September 14, 2023, regarding the amount of the minimum wage and the minimum hourly rate in 2024 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1893).

All you have to do is write that the suspended proceedings can be taken up again. Do remember to let us know if there are any changes to your address.
