Fundusz Azylu, Migracji i Integracji (w skrócie FAMI) to mechanizm finansowy zastępujący Europejski Fundusz na rzecz Uchodźców, Europejski Fundusz na rzecz Integracji Obywateli Państw Trzecich oraz Europejski Fundusz Powrotów Imigrantów, funkcjonujące w ramach Programu ogólnego SOLID „Solidarność i zarządzanie przepływami migracyjnymi”.

Any proceedings suspended on your request you can reopen anytime by submitting a request to reopen proceedings. It doesn't require any special justification. All you have to do is write that the suspended proceedings can be taken up again. Do remember to let us know if there are any changes to your address. An additional form for the application for a temporary residence permit, which you must submit if the purpose of your stay in Poland is to perform work, work in a profession requiring high qualifications, running a business. Annex 1 to the application for a temporary residence permit is completed and signed by your employer.
Sufficient means describes the minimum of the financial means that you need to cover the costs of living in Poland. Their amount may be changed. Currently the minimum is 776PLN per month if you are in a single household or 600PLN per person in a family household.

An application submitted on not valid/current application form and/or not signed is considered as a formal error/formal deficiency.
There are documents without which the initiation of the proceeding is not possible, for example: completed and signed application form, photographs, a valid travel document (passport) etc.
The procedure of the application formal assessment is an initial stage during which your application form is being verified. All the required documents are being checked to enable the procedure of legalization of your stay. This stage of your procedure is the initial stage.
