Appointments scheduled for 8th and 9th Fabruary 2023


Due to the Internet outage on Plac Wolności 17 in Poznań, all unfulfilled appointments will be postponed:

  • From 8th Fabruary 2023 to 22nd Fabruary 2023
  • From 9th Fabruary 2023 to 23rd Fabruary 2023

The hours of the appointments remain the same and will be operated in accordance with those previously arranged.

Internet outage in the Deparment for Foreigners in Plac Wolności 17 – possible customer service limits on the 9th February 2023


Due to the Internet outage on Plac Wolności 17 in Poznań, we would like to inform you about possible limits and restrictions in the direct customer service on 9th February 2023.

Until the failure of the internet service is removed, the Department for Foreigners in Poznań will not be able to carry out registered appointments that require access to IT systems.

Restrictions may apply in particular to providing fingerprints, verifying documents, issuing letters or access data to track the status of the case, stamps in the passport confirming the submission of the application.

Amendment to the Act on assistance to Ukrainian citizens in connection with the armed conflict on the territory of the country


On 28th January 2023, Amendment  to the Act on assistance to Ukrainian citizens in connection with the armed conflict in the territory of this country and other acts came into force (Journal of Laws, item 185).

Department for Foreigners' Information Point opening soon in Poznan, Plac Wolności 17


In connection with the implementation of information and advisory activities under the project entitled "Wielkopolska - Common Future", co-financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund, from 13th of February 2023 Department for Foreigners in Poznan invites you to the Information Point located at our headquarters at Plac Wolności 17. The point will be located in Room B, stand 12.

Opening of the Immigration Consulting Point at AMU WELCOME CENTRE


Department for Foreigners in Poznan within the project „Wielkopolska Region – Common Future” co-financed from The Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF),

invites all students and graduates for information and advisory hours on upcoming Wednesday  11th January between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. at AMU Welcome Centre, Święty Marcin 78 Street (corner of Kościuszki Street), Poznan.

During these hours you will be able to:

Water supply system failure in our building located on pl. Wolności in Poznań 09/01/2023 - postponed visits


Due to the water supply system failure incident in the Department for Foreigners' location at Pl. Wolności in Poznan, all visits scheduled online for 09/01/2023 are postponed to 23/01/2023. Moreover, all appointments arranged by phone for fingerprinting on January 9, 2023 will be postponed to January 30, 2023.

Visiting hours remain the same.
