The host entity is a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, the law grants legal personality and which is, in particular, a branch or representative office of the parent employer based outside the European Union or belongs to the same group of enterprises as the parent employer. The receiving unit, in which the foreigner will work in Poland, applies for the temporary residence permit for the purpose of the long-term mobility and intra-corporate transfer. The host entity is a party to such proceedings.

Any proceedings suspended on your request you can reopen anytime by submitting a request to reopen proceedings. It doesn't require any special justification. All you have to do is write that the suspended proceedings can be taken up again. Do remember to let us know if there are any changes to your address. You have 3 years to request to reopen your case, counted from the suspension date. After that, we shall assume, that you do withdraw your application altogether and your case will be closed.

Change of employer or useremployer, obtaining special privileges to perform work without a work permit or change of the conditions specified in the decision on granting the permit for temporary residence and work conditions concerning position, amount of salary, working time, type of contract based on which the work is performed or the user's employer. Only a foreigner may apply for an amendment of the decision. The amendment of the decision is subjected to stamp duty.
