Minimum wage
As of January 1, 2024, the minimum wage is PLN 4242, and the minimum hourly rate for specific civil-law contracts is PLN 27.70.
Starting from July 1, 2024, the minimum wage is PLN 4300, and the minimum hourly rate for specific civil-law contracts will be PLN 28.10.
Starting January 1, 2025, the minimum wage will be 4666 PLN gross, and the minimum hourly rate has been set at 30.50 PLN gross

Any proceedings suspended on your request you can reopen anytime by submitting a request to reopen proceedings. It doesn't require any special justification. All you have to do is write that the suspended proceedings can be taken up again. Do remember to let us know if there are any changes to your address.
