Jeśli otrzymałaś/eś decyzję odmowną, z którą się nie zgadzasz, na złożenie odwołania od decyzji masz 14 dni licząc od dnia doręczenia decyzji. Pamiętaj, że odwołanie musi być podpisane przez Ciebie lub ustanowionego w sprawie pełnomocnika. Odwołanie możesz przesłać za pośrednictwem Poczty Polskiej (wówczas liczy się data nadania listu w placówce), złożyć w punkcie podawczym Wydziału Spraw Cudzoziemców lub wysłać za pośrednictwem epuap. Wraz z odwołaniem możesz dosłać brakujące dokumenty.

If the application for temporary residence permit in Wrocław is still in proces you should send to Wrocław (The Office of Dolnośląski Province) the information of changing the place of stay and purpose; Application from Wrocław should be transfered to Poznan (The Office of Wielkopolska Province).

Submitting application in person preceded by registration of the appointment is the best way to get the stamp in your passport. If application was sent via traditional post you will need to wait for the letter/call from our office in order to fullfill formal requirments and get the stamp. When meeting the police in the time between visa expiration and obtaing stamp in the passport, you can only tell the case number, when application was sent to our office and what kind of application it was. Police and Border Guard will be able to get confirmation of given information.

By sendinng written statement to our office with information what will be changed in the application and adding documents to confirm that. Please remember to write case number on the documents in order to know that these are additional documents to the ongoing proceedins.

Unfortunately, no. It is not possible to collect a residence card without an online visit booking.
Currently, it is only possible to make an appointment via the online visit reservation panel to collect the residence card - book the appointment HERE.

If you want us to return the originals to you, please write to us which documents we should send back and to what address. We can also return them to you with a decision that we will send to you.
