We are pleased to announce that we will soon be providing our customers with a new, expanded tab for contacting our Department - WSC Contact.nstead of the existing contact forms, we're introducing a dedicated solution to enable our customers to reach our Department in a quick and efficient way.
Within the WSC Contact Portal, you'll discover primary thematic categories that correspond to the most frequently asked questions and requests we receive. These categories will include comprehensive descriptions and step-by-step instructions to assist you. In selected categories, you will also be able to send us attachments and additional information on the case.
Here are the main categories:
- Case status - in this category you can send us reports on access to case data and case status
- Actions on a case - here you can report to us that you would like to consult the case file and also provide us with, among other things, supplementary information for ongoing proceedings or for cancelling a visit to the office
- Notification of an error in a case - here you will be able to report, for example, an error in a decision or on a card
- After a decision - here you can send a notification if you need e.g. a duplicate decision or information on what you can do after a negative decision
- I want to apply for residence - in these categories you will find detailed information about residence procedures
- I want to make another application - here you will find information about other procedures
First we are launching the Polish version of the WSC CONTACT portal, but we are working to have an English language version available soon. We plan to launch Ukrainian and Russian language versions in the following months.
The new WSC Contact portal will provide the following benefits:
