The Governor of Wielkopolska has secured European Union funding for the project "Direction Wielkopolska: Migrants in the Spotlight". This initiative is dedicated to third-country nationals legally residing in Poland.
Our project targets four main areas: facilitating easier access to information, developing local IT tools, enhancing staff skills, and improving customer service standards.
We aim to provide our clients with comprehensive information about their rights and procedures. We will continue to expand the Hotline and our website, which will be available in three foreign languages.
Our goal is to consistently enhance our services by implementing modern solutions and improving staff competencies. We are also focused on advancing IT tools and upgrading infrastructure to simplify processes for our clients.
We are committed to ongoing employee training to ensure they are well-prepared to fulfill their responsibilities. We prioritize language courses and workshops, delivered by both external trainers and our experienced staff.
We are confident that these efforts will enable us to respond more effectively to our clients' needs.
