The Governor of Wielkopolska has secured European Union funding for the project "Direction Wielkopolska: Migrants in the Spotlight". This initiative is dedicated to third-country nationals legally residing in Poland.
Our project targets four main areas: facilitating easier access to information, developing local IT tools, enhancing staff skills, and improving customer service standards.

MOS (Case handling Module) in 5 steps:
- Go to mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl and create an account
- Read the information and the list of the most common mistakes
- Fill in the electronic application form
- Print it out and sign
- Send the application form together with other required documents by traditional post or present them in person during a scheduled appointment
If you have a UKR PESEL number, from 1st April 2023 send the application only by post!
