Data: 28.02.2023Closure of the Information Point at PIF (Poznan International Fair)

We kindly inform that from 1st March 2023 the Information Point of the Department for Foreigners located at the Reception Point at Głogowska 14 Street in Poznań  (Poznan International Fair) will be closed.

We also would like to inform you that our information points located at the Department for Foreigners at Plac Wolności 17 in Poznań, at AMU Welcome Centre at Święty Marcin 78 Street (corner of Kościuszki Street) and at the Center for Integration of Foreigners at Nowowiejski 25 Street in Poznań will remain open.

Data: 14.02.2023Department for Foreigners Open on Saturdays in February

Department for Foreigners in Poznan within the project „Wielkopolska Region – Common Future” co-financed from The Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), invites you to join us on Open Saturdays' information and advisory events. On 18th and 25th February our offices in Poznan, Kalisz, Konin, Leszno and Piła will be open between 8 am and 3:30 pm.

Data: 10.02.2023Appointments scheduled for 8th and 9th Fabruary 2023

Due to the Internet outage on Plac Wolności 17 in Poznań, all unfulfilled appointments will be postponed:

  • From 8th Fabruary 2023 to 22nd Fabruary 2023
  • From 9th Fabruary 2023 to 23rd Fabruary 2023

The hours of the appointments remain the same and will be operated in accordance with those previously arranged.

Data: 08.02.2023Internet outage in the Deparment for Foreigners in Plac Wolności 17 – possible customer service limits on the 9th February 2023

Due to the Internet outage on Plac Wolności 17 in Poznań, we would like to inform you about possible limits and restrictions in the direct customer service on 9th February 2023.

Until the failure of the internet service is removed, the Department for Foreigners in Poznań will not be able to carry out registered appointments that require access to IT systems.

Restrictions may apply in particular to providing fingerprints, verifying documents, issuing letters or access data to track the status of the case, stamps in the passport confirming the submission of the application.

On 28th January 2023, Amendment  to the Act on assistance to Ukrainian citizens in connection with the armed conflict in the territory of this country and other acts came into force (Journal of Laws, item 185).

Fill out online application forms at MOS

(temporary and permanent residence permit)

MOS (Case handling Module) in 5 steps:

  • Go to mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl and create an account
  • Read the information and the list of the most common mistakes
  • Fill in the electronic application form
  • Print it out and sign
  • Send the application form together with other required documents by traditional post or present them in person during a scheduled appointment

If you have a UKR PESEL number, from 1st April 2023 send the application only by post!
