We kindly inform you that from 8th March 2023 the opening hours of the Information and Advisory Point at the Foreigners' Integration Centre in Poznań will change.
Starting from 8th March 2023 the Information and Advisory Point at the Foreigners' Integration Centre in Poznań will be open from Wednesday to Friday between 8am-4pm.

We kindly inform that from 1st March 2023 the Information Point of the Department for Foreigners located at the Reception Point at Głogowska 14 Street in Poznań (Poznan International Fair) will be closed.
We also would like to inform you that our information points located at the Department for Foreigners at Plac Wolności 17 in Poznań, at AMU Welcome Centre at Święty Marcin 78 Street (corner of Kościuszki Street) and at the Center for Integration of Foreigners at Nowowiejski 25 Street in Poznań will remain open.

Fill out online application forms at MOS
(temporary and permanent residence permit)
MOS (Case handling Module) in 5 steps:
- Go to mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl and create an account
- Read the information and the list of the most common mistakes
- Fill in the electronic application form
- Print it out and sign
- Send the application form together with other required documents by traditional post or present them in person during a scheduled appointment
If you have a UKR PESEL number, from 1st April 2023 send the application only by post!
